We are pleased to offer a selection of student rental properties.
They have been carefully selected to ensure they are ideally
located for either the University of York or St Johns. Please

The properties we offer will be available to view during
January, February and March in preparation for the next academic
year. It is very important that you have arranged your group
of sharers and are sure of the number of bedrooms you need.
You will be required to commit to your choice straight away
in order to ensure no further viewing take place.
If you are interested in one of our properties you will need
to understand and react to the following.
- You will need a guarantor to complete and pass a reference,
often a family member. This person will be signing to agree
to cover the rent.
- You will need to pay the first month's rent and referencing
fee in advance to secure the property.
- You will be required to pay the bond in advance of the
summer vacation.
